KIV-19 Remote SNMP Proxy (KRSP^TM) - Model RSP-116

Previously monitoring a KIV-19 or KIV-7 trunk encryption device required physical access by a network administrator. No matter the distance from the command center a user was required to check equipment manually. With the advent of Network Management Systems (NMS) and SNMP it became possible to remotely manage equipment. saving time and money. Unfortunately legacy COMSEC devices have been left out of network centric systems due to the absence of an Ethernet interface and applicable software.

TELEGRID has solved this problem with its family of KIV Remote SNMP Proxy (KRSP) products. Composed of a hardware and software manager, these products can be deployed in standalone applications or as part of an overall NMS. The KRSP can remotely manage the KIV-19M, KIV-19A, and KIV-7 via SNMP V1, V2 or V3.
